Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, bedding that has been used, washed, or removed from its original condition cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
